Article 2 — Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) apply to any subscription to a paid plan or purchase of credits made on webconv.com by a consumer or business. Placing any order implies full acceptance of these TCS without reservation.

Article 3 — Products and Services

WebConv offers the following plans:

  • Free tier: limited daily quota, personal use
  • Starter: monthly or annual subscription with increased volume and API access
  • Pro: monthly or annual subscription with professional volume and priority support
  • Enterprise: custom volume and SLA, on request
  • Token pack (one-time purchase): €1.99 — valid for life

Article 4 — Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).

Applicable VAT depends on the buyer's location (20% in France, OSS rules for the European Union).

WebConv reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Any price change is not retroactive for current subscriptions.

Article 5 — Order and Contract Formation

The ordering process is as follows:

  1. Select a plan on the pricing page
  2. Create an account or log in
  3. Enter billing and payment information (via Stripe)
  4. Confirm the order — a confirmation email marks the conclusion of the contract

By placing an order, the consumer acknowledges having read these TCS prior to validation.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment method: credit card via Stripe (PCI-DSS certified).

Subscriptions: automatic charge at each renewal date.

Token pack: one-time payment, no automatic renewal.

An electronic invoice is available in the user dashboard after each transaction.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal (B2C Consumers)

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law:

Withdrawal period

14 calendar days from the date of subscription or purchase.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Service fully performed with the consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period expires
  • More than 50% of the purchased credits have been used

How to exercise the right

Via the contact form or by email to contact@webconv.com, stating the order reference and purchase date.

Refund

Within 14 business days of receiving the request, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Article 8 — Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancellation is possible at any time from the dashboard (My Account > Subscription)
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Unused credits at expiration are forfeited (non-refundable, non-transferable)
  • No early termination with prorated refund, except for service unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours

Article 9 — Warranties and Liability

Legal warranty of conformity

The service must operate in accordance with its description. Any malfunction should be reported to contact@webconv.com.

Limitation of liability

WebConv does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability (scheduled maintenance excluded).

WebConv is not liable for indirect losses (loss of revenue, data loss, etc.).

WebConv's liability is limited to the amount of the customer's last monthly invoice.

Article 10 — Personal Data (GDPR)

Processing of your personal data is carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Subprocessors involved: Stripe (payment), Supabase (storage), Vercel (hosting).

Consumer mediation

You have the right to use a free consumer mediator. Mediator contact details are available upon request at contact@webconv.com.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These TCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the courts of Nantes (44), France, shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
